Our development team needs to know if it is possible to integrate JIRA tool (that we use for the development management) and SAP Hanna

Can anyone provide some feedback on this?

Is there any plugin that we need to install in our JIRA instance?

Not sure if your issue is solved already, but there is an SAP add-on that can integrate SAP S/4HANA (and other SAP systems) with JIRA with regards to incident management: https://sta-technologies.com/integrate-jira-service-desk-and-sap/

Yes you can via Solution Manager 7.2 at work item and work package level. There is a Solman 7.2 WPB video which explains how it works.

I can't see an add-on for "SAP Hanna", so I suspect you'll have to build this "integration" for yourselves.  Start by defining what you want from "integration"
