JIRA and Trigger for Bitbucket with global workflows

We would like to introduce Bitbucket and synchronise with JIRA Trigger.

We have some shared workflows with projects that doesn´t use Bitbucket but also some projects that already does.

Is it a good idea to set trigger for transitions when these workflows are also used by projects that doesn´t use Bitbucket?

Should we setup extra workflows?
