JIRA filter problem

Hi we have created a filter and while sharing that filter to a group is not appearing in the group drop-down list.

 What do you mean by the group drop-down list?  You can share a filter with the group and that allows them to find the filter by searching for it. If they want it to appear in their list of favorites then they need to favorite it .

Hi @Prakash Punukollu,

You can share Filters with groups if you are a member of that group. There is no way to share if you are not a member.
