JIRA for recruitment

Since Atlassian is not positioning JIRA for recruitment, is there a suggested way to collect application data, like a form for service desk?

Most recruiting software includes the ability to list jobs and have users apply. Without this how is Atlasssian positioning itself. Is something like this on the roadmap?
