We have tried a number of iPhone apps for JIRA, however, all of them always give us a failure on validating login credentials. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone have a fix? We are using on-demand.

JIRA AnyWhere works fine and connects. Make sure:

  1. You do not have a full email address in the username field but just username
  2. You use https instead of http in the URL field (https://yourinstance.atlassian.net)

I know this is an old thread, but in case others are looking, JIRA has an official Cloud app now, you can find it here:

Did you try My JIRA Client app? If there is a problem with My JIRA Client, just open a case in our JIRA.
