We created an incoming mail handler that would Create a ticket in JIRA anytime an email was sent to: labrequests@brightidea.com (office365 user account).
It seems that after we implemented an SSO application (OneLogin) and then set up a SAML connection between OneLogin and our Office365 environment, the handler has stopped doing what its supposed to do.
To clarify, all emails once sent to labrequests@brightidea.com that would have normally created a ticket in JIRA, are no longer carrying out the intended action.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
