JIRA is inaccessible / lost admin access

Hi, My JIRA software is suddenly inaccessible. It was running at https://vjvtech.atlassian.net. Being an admin I am not able to access it, tried everything and nothing seems to work. Instead of signing in, it asks me to sign up. What can be the issue ?

already tried changing browser, incognito mode, clearing cache, changing network. Nothing worked!
