JIRA is not able to start

Hi,

I have upgrade JIRA from 7.0 to 7.4.6. After upgrade JIRA service is not able to start. It showing following error

Invalid initial heap size: -Xms
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.

Java is already set to JDK 1.8.0_221. I am not sure what is the issue.

This is become blocker to me

Resolved: JAVA_HOME was not set
