Why jira is runing very slow today ? it takes few seconds to minute to change the status of an issue

What JIRA version? Instance , Cloud? 

Is the slow down specific to one behavior, or all usage?

Any changes recently?

What's showing in the logs?

Hi,

For us it is Jira Cloud and we experience the slowness in all actions in Jira.

We haven't checked the logs yet.
