JIRA issue navigator maximum columns export?

JIRA gurus,

I am using JIRA 3.13.5, but I think these questions apply to JIRA 4.x as well.

What is the max. number of columns you can add to\display in issue navigator?

What is the max. number of columns you can export to excel using Excel (current fields) link?

When I've done the export ALL fields to excel I've gotten them all, most of which I didn't care about. I don't know about the navigator, as I usually only show a few columns like due date, status, resolution, component, assignee and summary
