JIRA issue sync to calendar, what is the best practice?

I want to be able to see JIRA issues in my calendar (Fantastical). What is the best solution?

With the Calendar Widget I can export to Ical format, but as I understand it, this will only export existing items and not future items.

I have tried a paid Add-on, Calendar Sync for JIRA, which works, but only shows issues with a due-date. 

I can't get it to show items in an active sprint.

Any advice?

Hi Jacob,

I don't have this Add-on, but according to this page : http://expium.com/calendar-sync-for-jira, you can choose something else than Due Date when configuring (http://expium.com/assets/sync3.png). Maybe you could try to see what's proposed there.
