JIRA not appearing in a JQL query

I have a query that selects all JIRAs in a sprint (Sprint = 332 ORDER BY updated DESC, Rank ASC) however two JIRAs assigned to that sprint are not showing. Why might this happen?

Could you check what is different with these issues and the ones that are appearing ok?

If the search you have given is not returning them, how do you know they are in the sprint?

Have you try to re-index the lucene cache?
