JIRA not logging time from Smart Commit

I've made sure my user has the correct permissions (all the Time Tracking permissions are ok) and I've made sure the email address is the same for the user in Bitbucket as my user in Jira. 

When I push a commit with the following message: 

*Issue key*

#time 1h

The commit is hooked to my JIRA issue but no time is logged. Any ideas?

We're using JIRA Cloud unfortunately.
