We are trying to establish an integration between ServiceNow and JIRA using an out of the box ServiceNow plugin- JIRA Spoke.
The webhook event 'issueUpdated' is not returning the attachment details in JIRA payload, although several JIRA documentations state that issueUpdated event returns the attachment details.
@Sudhangshu Das hi. Have you tested the connection between the systems? Maybe there is some issue with the mappings?
