Dear Jira forum,
We do receive e-mail from JIRA whenever a ticket is updated, as long as you watching the ticker or are actively part of it, obviously
However, we don't want to be checking e-mails all the time, and we much prefer is the queue where the ticket are could be somehow "visually" notified of the change. For example, the ticket that has an update that you haven't read should become bold, or the ticket that has the latest update should go to the top of the queue automatically, the goal being by just looking at the queue and finding out quickly which ticket has been updated without digging into e-mail
Is this configuration somehow possible?
Thank you!
Manny
You can order the queue using this in you JQL:
ORDER BY updated DESC
Other configurations as bold text would need a custom development
