JIRA restarted but I can not connect

I have just doen a restart of our JIRA 4.1.2 instance. The follwoing message apprears in the log:

When I attempt to access the URL, I get the following:

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

Nothing is being written out to any of the logs.

Hi,

Recheck the URL , Try to set jira to another port number , also check whether jira is locked.

i had faced a similar problem while i was experimenting with jira database it got resolved when i deleted one lock file in the jira home directory.
