My JIRA instance is constantly going down, the service looks like its up but there's no response when I tried to access the JIRA site.

Here you go the log, it seems that is related to an add-on.

Can you please give me a hand.

Hi Arturo,

As Nick mentioned, that error message happens when a plugin fails to start up during JIRA starting procedure. I don't think that would cause JIRA to go into a "not responding" stating after it was already up, though. Would you be able to upload a log so we can further check it?

Ugh, pictures instead of logs.  That timeout could be any number of things, but the most likely culprit is inadequate hardware - JIRA + Plugins do require quite a lot of oomph to get going.  Start with a look throuhg https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/JIRA+System+Plugin+Timeout+While+Waiting+for+Plugins+to+Enable
