JIRA software migration from one host to another

HI,

At present we are using JIRA server (jira-software)version 7.2.6 However recently we are planning to migrate the existing JIRA server to new jira instance i.e jira data centre with latest version on different host machine.

Is there any documents available to complete the action.

Migration is complex and tedious process. First please create a Move ticket with Atlassian.

It is always recommend to contact solution partner for Migration and they are expert in to this.
