JIRA very slow

Hi everyone.
In my small work team we decided to use Jira Software (free version) to handle requests for assistance related to the bugs of our software releases. We have created a new generation project but lately we are having a lot of difficulty using it. The pages are very slow to load and even after opening the board the application seems to be blocked. We have tried several browsers but the problem persists. While if we access the project from the app for Android it goes very fast. Can anyone explain what we can do to optimize loading times?
