JIra Cloud - No Users In Dropdown

I cannot resolve problem with no users in dropdown in reports and during task assignee.

I have tried to add "browse user" permision to users and allow to assigne.

Hi.

Try to check issue security scheme if is applied for the project.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

There are no securyty schemes for that project.

I have just found out that problem occurs in experimental view. When I disable experimental views - it is possible to assign user by assign button.

All users are assiged to this role in project. I have even tried to assigne user directly by their name,
