[JMWE-Validator] how to make the user field, required to empty a field

I have 2 fields:

1. User*

2. URL User Evidence

Question:
How to do it, when the PIC in the User* field submit the status from A to B, must leave the URL User Evidence field blank?

Hi @RIZKY JTUASIKAL 

navigate to settings icon from top right corner then select issues then workflows

search for the workflow that is being used by the ticket type indicated in your example above, then click on the transition between status A & B and edit it to add a validator. there you will a list of option, choose the one that matches your criteria (validating a custom field value) and configure it accordingly.
