JQL for issues wwith NOT appoved pull-request

How can i make a JQL to get all the issues that have a pull-request that is NOT approved (or still have to be approved) ?

The following JQL returns issue with open pull requests

development[pullrequests].open >0

This JQL shows issues with declined pull requests:

development[pullrequests].declined > 0
