JQL for tickets that moved into a status in the last 30 days

I’m looking for a filter that will show tickets that have been in a specific status within the last 30 days (its not a resolution status)

you can use this JQL in your filter : 

status changed TO Waiting AFTER -30d

Try this: project = ABC and status was in ("In Progress") after "-30d"
