I am attempting to migrate existing projects from Monday into Jira cloud, with a view of getting a site license etc. Did a reasonably successful import yesterday but I noticed that the JSQL query editor doesn't work at all against the new project. However older projects are searchable.

I have read that there may be a lag between importing to jira cloud and reindexing which is required for search to work.

Similarly I noticed that no subtasks were imported, but they were available on other projects that I was playing with last month.

Hi @Dan Hurst and welcome,

reindexing is required on datacenter instance, on cloud side it should be performed automatically. You could wait a while (now it should work). If you encounter issues with search or data being out of sync, you must contact Atlassian Support for assistance.

About subtasks, probably you missed parent link. Please specify how you performed that migration.

Hope this helps,

Fabio
