JavaScript Charts for Jira Cloud not showing up in apps or chart gadgets

I installed JavaScript Charts for Jira Cloud and when looking in "Manage your apps" it's listed. How do I get to the next step to start using it?

You use this plugin in a dashboard. Create a dashboard, then add the gadget named JavaScript Charts.

I wish, I was hoping someone from their tech support would find this tread and respond, but so far no response. I wish JavaScript charts for Jira Coud would provide tech support contact information. If you find it please let me know.
