Jenkins-Jira Connections

Hi ,

I am trying to connect Jenkins to Jira . All the steps mentioned has been executed. Still its showing connections are pending.

I am a newbie to Jira. Could you please guide me for enabling the connections.

Can you provide some more details as to what app you are using and how you host your Jira instance?

Do you use Jira Data Center or Cloud?

When using Jira Cloud you have two app from the marketplace Jenkins Integration for Jira (I'm the maintainer) and Jenkins for Jira (Official) 

For Jira Data Center you cannot use the official app.

Or are you using another app?

What specific steps did you take? Can you provide a link to the docs so we know what you have done?
