There most likely will not be any further plugins added to the OnDemand system. Plugins are being replaced with Add-Ons, developed using Atlassian Connect, and there should be more information on that by Summit (first week of October). If someone were to develop that functionality in the new framework, in the near future they would be able to register that with the Marketplace and it would be available for OnDemand.

There are plans to start development on an Atlassian Connect verison of the Jenkins integraiton plugin.
No release dates are know yet but it will come!

There sure is some progress. I'm currently designing the components that will take the Jenkins Integration to Atlassian Connect.
Its taking a bit longer since I want to make sure that when its online it secure and performant.
