Jira 5.0 Manage Dashboards page appearance

when I click the button in the right of this page with IE8, the border seems strange as in the screen shot.

Hey there, Cathy.

One of my first suspicion is that you are using the Compatibility Mode in your Internet Explorer 8. Can you please check on that first since JIRA does not work well with it.
