Jira 5.2 onDemand only lists closed and resolved Issues inside Project -> Versions

We are running Jira v.5.2 onDemand and are having Problems with the view of all and a single Version.

In the Versions overview (left side Versins clicked in Project view) it shows upp all Versions, but only the Tasks that are resolved or closed are visible. If I have e.g. 5 open Tasks and 2 closed ones, all I can see is a summary of 2/2 Tasks resolved. The open ones are not even mentioned or visible.

The same behaviour exists, if I click into one Version to have its summary or issues view.

The JIRA Documentation shows up a Filter Icon in the top right of a Versions view, but this Filter Icon isn't available inside our JIRA Product, even if I have administrator rights.
