Jira 6.1.7 service won't start error code 0

My service won't start.

I started having issues with JIRA so I uninstalled, deleted the folders, rebooted.

Then re-installed. Cannot start service or Jira.

Seems there is a problem with the JIRA Service on Windows. The KB below should help you on this case.

Could you take a look at the log files? Look for atlassian-jira.log and catalina.out
