There's no way we can tell you that.  I would ask 

• The person who gave you your Jira account
• The other users of your Jira you're working with
• The people who asked you to use that Jira
• Anyone who has interacted with your issues in Jira

I'd expect all of those people to either know, or know who to ask next.

May be you can check with your supervisor.

whenever a new joiner, Managers asking jira admins to enable project access to the new joined.

or check your emails, If jira admin invites you to use Jira. You can contact him.
