Hi @Daniele Milazzo,
If you click on the attachment, it should open a window with a small cloud icon in the top right. Clicking that icon should download the attachment.
Let me know if you have any problems. Drag-and-drop may be a feature we build in future. Stay tuned!

Hi Daniele,
can I just double check what version of the Mac app you're using? You can get the version by clicking on Jira and then About Jira in the menu bar. The version should be a number in the 90s. There have been some download issues in early versions of the app but they should be fixed now.
Also, what type of attachment (image, video, etc.) are you trying to download?
Thanks!

Version 92.0.0 (92.15), it's just a jpeg. doesn't show the cloud icon as per web app.

Thanks for the information!
The version you have should be okay. We changed something on our side that should fix the problem. All you need to do is to launch the app, wait for a few seconds and close it again twice.
After that, the user interface should look slightly different if you open an attachment. In this new UI, there is a cloud symbol with an arrow in the top right corner. If you click on that it should download the attachment.
I hope this helps! Please let me know if that fixed the problem. Thanks!
