Hello.
I have a query regarding JIRA attachments. i have installed JIRA on my server and gave different path for JIRA attachments i.e. D: drive. But all attachments are stored in encrypted format.
so how i can store files in same format without encryption.
What do you mean by "encrypted"? JIRA does not encypt attachments (unless you've got an add-on that does it), so do you mean the disk is encrypted?
when i upload any file attachment in JIRA, it will keep that attachment in this path
C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\data\attachments\project name\issue key\file
but when we open that file it will be not show any file extantion. i want that file because i want to validate that file. Please explain me if i am going some wrong some where
