We have Jira Automation Emails that are sent to only specific users. I would like to change this so that all of our group receives these emails when a ticket is opened. I did not set this up originally Can someone tell me how to fix this
Hi Timothy,
Do you know what triggers it? If so, the cause something to trigger it and immediately go to the Audit Log at the global level to see what automation rules fired. Settings > System > Global Automation > Audit log tab.

It seems that you can check this under Jira > Settings (gear icon) > System > Notifications, specifically in the Projects and Issues section.

Is your question specific to a certain rule or the general notifications?
If it is specific to a certain rule, you need to find that rule and update the email component.
