Jira Automation - Ping several people on Slack

Hello everyone,

I would like to use JIRA Automation for improve the workflow of my team and make it smoother.

The idea was to ping on Slack each persons that has something to do for a specific task when it is updated.

My issue is that i can't find a way to notify severals persons.
Only one person or a slack channel.

Do you know how to do it ?
If it is not natively possible, maybe there is an other solution via Zapier for exemple ?

Welcome to the community! 

Is this always a fixed list of users? Or should the users be dynamically found based on users in the issue? 

In any case, for each action in the automation rule, you can indeed only pick 1 user or 1 channel. However, it is perfectly possible to chain multiple actions after another, so you can create a rule with a trigger (create issue for example), perhaps some conditions, and then multiple actions after another, each being a Slack notification Action. 

Would that work for you at all? 

If not, please provide more information about your use case.

Thank you for this quick & clear answer.

I would like to ping different users. The list would change depending of the team.
So it can be a fixed list of users to define for each team.
Or... it is possible to "link" several persons to every ticket and get this list back ?
