Hi!
One team member is not able to see all columns within our Jira board.
We have 6 columns in total, but the team member can only see 3 columns.
Other tickets are mixed somewhere at the bottom.
Everyone else can see all 6 columns.
Could you please let me know what needs to be done in order to solve it?

Are you sure the user is using the same board you are using and have not created a new one based on the same scope ?

Thanks - just check with the user and yes - he had a copy of the board..
