Jira Bug filing automation

Hi, Is there a way to automatically create the Bugs in Jira? i works as a CPU verification Engineer in VLSI domain. I use Jira at my work to reports in CPU. Can i know how to automate the bug filing process. Is there a template for this. Please let me know.

There is a way to automate the bug creation using the "Automation" rules in Jira.

To help you I would need some extra information like :

• which hosting type do you use ?
• which version of Jira you're using ?
• what do you want to automate exactly ? Simply the creation of bugs or also the filling of some of its attributes ?
• What should trigger the automatic creation of a bug ? Is it for you in order to save time filling every time the same information, or to create a new bug each time an issue goes into a specific status ?

Thanks for your quick reply Guilhem Dupuy.  I works for Western Digital, we are using Jira v8.5.4. Yes based on certain trigger conditions i like to file a bug with specific attributes for each error. Its not with same information. I am going through this automation on Jira. Thanks!
