Jira Cloud - Is new functionality automatically released to the customer

When new release version updates are made to Jira Align or Jira, does that new functionality automatically roll out to the customer?\ Or does the customer have some control of when we take the updates?

Automatically.  If you want to control the updates you should use Server or Data Center.

There is a plan to allow Premium Cloud customers to say "no", but only for a couple of weeks delay, and it'll only be one version.
