Hi,
I have already opened a case on the Atlassian support portal, but after a week of investigation, I haven’t received any solution or guidance. So, I’m reaching out here for help.
We recently migrated both Bitbucket and Jira Server to the Cloud. Jira is linked to Bitbucket.
In Jira Cloud, not all related commits, branches, and pull requests appear under the issue details (but the commits, branches and PR exists, and from bitbucket they are associated to tickets!)
For example, one issue has 16 commits, 3 branches, and 2 pull requests, but Jira only displays 11 commits, 2 branches, and no pull requests.
I have already tried deactivating and reactivating the integration, but the numbers remain inconsistent.
Has anyone encountered this issue before, or does anyone have insights on how to resolve it?
Thanks!
I haven't used Bitbucket yet, but from what I have seen after migration of Gitlab, https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/419736, this link mentions this as a Jira API limitation, and I'm presuming Bitbucket might have been impacted by this too.
Migration from on-prem to cloud usually has such limitations I'd recommend following up with the Bitbucket team to see if they can help with a possible workaround.
