Hey community, It's been a while since I have been facing a snag with Jira Cloud where I am experiencing delays and occasional timeouts when trying to load boards and issues. It's causing disruptions in my professional workflow, and even with a stable internet connection, the system performance is inconsistent. Looking for advice and solutions from the community to address and resolve these connectivity and speed issues in Jira Cloud. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
Welcome to the Community! What do you mean by inconsistent? How big is the dataset that you're querying? Maybe one of the clauses in the query is causing the slowdown. Could you please break the query down into the different clauses and add them until we identify which one may be causing the issues?

I would recommend making sure that you board queries are optimized. If you have poorly written queries, or they are pulling in too many tickets, this can be a known source of slowness.
