Jira Cloud Project - Forms - Approval

is there a way in Jira cloud kanban business projects to create a form that has an approval field for approver to sign.

The type of project in Jira cloud are Company Managed projects and I don't see approval tab there on navigation. I use forms and need these forms to be routed to different approvers and they should be able to approve with eSignature on that form.
