Jira Cloud Software Integration with ServiceNow using Webhook

I create a webhook like this picture, I am sure there is no problem with the api on the servicenow side , but when I create an issue in jira, It does not send issue message to servicenow, I do not know if it is the webhook's reason, I want to test webhook if triggered,Is there a way to test webhook? thank you!

By any chance would you be open to try out a 3rd Party integration solution which would help you in the same?
