I have used Jira Cloud for Sheets many times. Today, the extension seems not to load properly. When I open it from the Extensions menu:
It appears like the extension is partially loaded: If I paste a (known good) Jira function into a cell, Sheets returns the following error message:
>> You need to enable the JIRA function. Open Add-ons > Jira Cloud for Sheets ... (and so on).
(If the extension was not loaded, I think it would show a #NAME? error.)
I have tried the following, all with the same result:
So it feels like something has changed, either at my end or the other. On my side, my IT group has started requiring labels on sheets, but I've completed that requirement. Apart from that, I'm not aware of any other changes that would affect Sheets.
This issue is feeling similar to the following: JIRA-Cloud-for-Sheets-not-working.
Any ideas?
I am having the same issue, as are others based on a few new one-star ratings for it on the Chrome Extension store today.
**EDIT**
I cleared my Chrome browser cookies and it works now.
Experiencing the same issue is not functioning and showing a blank panel. I cannot pull data.

Pessoal, tive este problema e era um problema no Firewall, pede para a TI liberar tudo para "atlassian.net".
Certeza que vai voltar a funcionar.
abraço

Cori Spears's answer worked for me: Cleared the Chrome browsing history, and voila, back in business.
(TBH, feeling a little sheepish that I did not try that for myself. So now seeing it as a "glass half-full" opportunity to get this solution out there. <grin>)
For the non-Portuguese speakers in the forum, Bruno Marques's response suggests getting your IT department to unblock Atlassian.net at your corporate firewall. I didn't need that for my issue, but I was thinking in that direction when I posted my query in the first place.

But this says it is resolved and it is not resolved for me. Anyone know what else to do?
