Jira Cloud vs Smart Connect for Jira in Teams

What is the difference between the two apps in Teams?

Jira Cloud is an app provided by Atlassian and is free.  It provides a lot of features to keep Teams and Jira connected.

Smart Connect for Jira is an app provided by yasoon GmbH and it costs a fee to use.  It looks like it has a lot of the same features as Atlassian's free app with a few enhancements.
