Jira Collectors and Authentication

I'm using an issue collector to allow other Teams to open Stories for my Operations Team.  Our Jira requires a logon to access it.  When someone who is not authenticated uses the link to the collector they are not prompted to sign in to fill out the form.  Is there a way to force authentication with the hyper-link for the collector? 

If I change authtype=basic, they get a page that just says Name and email, but not a logon page or the button for SSO.

Welcome to the Community! I don't think it's possible to force authentication with Jira collectors currently:
