Jira Dashboard Hub - Users we see to, can't use "drill down" on graph option

Hi Group,

We recently started using the Jira Dashboard Hub and are loving it. But have found an odd limitation, which I hope is setup or a bug we can fix.

Step staken:

1) Create a new Dashboard Hub dashboard, setup with pretty graphs, table view and various widgets.

2) Share the dashboard with everyone to view, certain team members have "edit" access granted.

3) When they open the dashboard either using the "shared link" or directly through going into Dashboard hub, searching and opening it, they can't do the drill through on graphs, etc that I can as creator.

Table - They can link and open a issue link.

Graphs/Widgets - They can see for example a pie chart with section, but can't click a section to get it to open the issue.

I can't find anything in the documentation related to this, can anyone help please?

Ivan from the Dashboard Hub team here! It's great to hear that you're loving Dashboard Hub :)

You could visualize additional, more detailed information of a chart by clicking it while being logged in Jira. This wouldn't be possible for non logged users clicking on an externally shared dashboard. However, we'd love to dig deeper and solve your problem!
