Hi Team,
Has anyone faced a similar scenario? For a client, We have 3 Jira projects and I have created a Dashboard that has details about all the 3 projects. I have added 2 new team members recently and they are having access to 2 of the 3 Jira projects so when they view the dashboard the gadgets are showing an error message since they don't have access to one of the projects and they are not allowed to get access to the project as well.
How to mitigate the situation.
As per your discription, I understand that you have 3 client project and you have created one dashboard which includes 3 projects. You have added new users and given access to 2 projects only right, but they are not able to view the dashboard, may be due to you have included all 3 projects in dashboard right and users have access to only 2 project's.
Thanks,
Mayur
Hi @Mayur Jadhav Thanks for your reply,
You are almost right. To help you to understand my problem statement, I have 3 projects data in my dashboard and 2 members have access to only 2 projects. I have granted them access to the dashboards and they can view Dashboards but gadgets inside the dashboard are not working since they don't have access to the third project.
Is there any possible workaround that the new team members can see 2 projects data alone in the dashboard and the rest of the team members can see all the data in the Dashboard?

@Arun Veluchamy you can tell me the configure their own new dashboard as per their requirement.
Which will not affect any of the dashboard.

@Mayur Jadhav Thanks Mate, I have set up a new dashboard with 2 projects data alone and granted them access but it didn't solve my actual problem since I need to create a new dashboard for the two new users alone.
