Jira - Dashboard creating error

Hi Team,

Recently we migrated jira to 6.3.1, After migrating while creating the dashboard we are getting th e below error. Please help us to resolve it.

There was a SQL exception thrown by the Active Objects library: Database: - name:Oracle - version:Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production With the Partitioning, OLAP, Data Mining and Real Application Testing options - minor version:2 - major version:11 Driver: - name:Oracle JDBC driver - version:11.2.0.2.0 java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (JIRAONE.SYS_C0070639) violated.

Hey Karthik,

Looks like that we are facing issues related to duplicated entries for the JIRA upgrade. Given that, would you be able to follow the example and the diagnosis steps from this KB article, so we can isolate this one as one of the possible culprits?
