Jira Dashboard widgets not allowing "edit" and information not showing

Hi,

A user creates a dahsboard from time to time (every release) based on the previous one but suddenly, with the last one, we cannot see any content and the edit button is gone so we can not solve anything.

Any ideas? We are using version 7.13.1

Hi,

just in case someone has the same issue, to solve it: 

- Stop Jira

- Remove (or rename) JIRA_HOME/plugins/.bundled-plugins and JIRA_HOME/plugins/.osgi-plugins

- Restart Jira

Verify the sharing option. There might be a problem if the dashboard is Private and not shared.

Let me know if this doesn't solve the issue.

The dashboard is shared, me and the owner so we can both be able to edit.
