We’ve noticed that we haven’t received any email notifications from Jira since this morning. Additionally, comments added to tickets are not being delivered to the intended users.
Could you please help?

There was an outage for less time - https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/incidents/8vf49rhh7b23 That's been resolved. I guess within an hour
We are also experiencing issues with email notifications today.
